I am so glad I went ahead and installed Solar it has already made my life so much less stressed. I can totally recommend using Solarize Energy as from the first visit you feel comfortable with the professional, and friendly way you are treated as well as the knowledgeable approach to your needs. The installation was done efficientlyand the attention to detail is commendable as you can see from the photos. Together with the very competite pricing you can go ahead as I did and avoid load shedding... it's worth it@ The after sales service assisting you to "learn" how to maximize its use is also something you don't get very often

Wow, we are so impressed with the work done by Jemaine & his team from Solarize! On 24 October they installed 8 x 550 KW solar panels & connected them to our existing 5KW inverter & Dyness lithium battery, & also connected our hot water cylinder to this system. The work was completed promptly & the site left very tidy, but what impressed us the most about Jemaine is his excellent customer service! He came across as very professional with in-depth knowledge & real passion for his field but answered all our questions patiently in language we could understand. In fact he encouraged us to ask questions & gave us various options, wanting to ensure we would get the absolute best value for our needs & budget. Additionally he kept in touch with us regularly after installation (& now after 2 weeks he still answers us promptly) to make sure we were happy & that the system functioned well. Jemaine's advice to link our hot water cylinder to the solar panels is already saving us substantially on our Eskom bill - from an average daily usage of 20 KwH we are down to about 4 KwH! We did not think this was possible! He put in a smart timer on the geyser to help manage our power usage, which works brilliantly. Being retired we can spread our power usage over the day to maximise the solar energy, & we are pleasantly surprised how well our modest system does this! It was a pleasure to work with Solarize from the start to end. Jemaine was quick to provide a very competitive quote and extremely honest. He actually told me I would be overspending with the system I thought I needed and other providers had happily quoted me on. He saved me money in 2 ways: Downscaling the system and having the best price on the smaller system. Solarize scheduled the installation and arrived on time every time and got the job done surprisingly quickly. When I wondered where on the roof the panels would work the best and if it should be flat or angled Jemaine simply used his tool that measured the sun angle relative to my house and the answer was data driven: Putting the panels on the flat piece of roof rather than the angled roof portion would generate more electricity over the course year. Everything was done very professionally and my garage was actually tidier when his installation team left than it was when they arrived. It took me a bit of time to really understand the Inverter and the settings on my app but Solarize were always quick to respond to my questions on WhatsApp with detailed answers and recommendations. I just checked my Sunsync app, my solar has produced 13.41 megawatts of electricity since Solarize installed it and I still wholeheartedly recommend Solarize for the right system at a great price with excellent service during and after the installation. Goodbye Eskom!
